You have 30 days after receiving your order to decide if it’s right for you. Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging. Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
📬 How to start a return
Email our support team to request a return authorization. We’ll provide you with the return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.
💰 Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
